4、ydayproblemslikeworriesaboutworkormoney,oraboutrelationshipsoraboutchildren'sbehaviour.Althoughacertainamountofstressisnormal,toomuchcancontributetohealthproblems,includingheartdisease,sometypesofmentalillnessandabuseofalcoholordrugs.That'swhyeveryoneneedsto
5、beawareofstressandknowhowtofindgoodwaysofcopingwithit.Differentthingsworkfordifferentpeople,butherearesomeideasforfindingwaysthatsuityou:Sometimesstressisn'tcausedsomuchbyaneventbutbyourattitudetowardsit.Peoplewhoseedifficultsituationsaschallengestoovercome,
6、ratherthanproblemsthatgetthemdown,usuallycopebetterwithstress.Don'tmakesmallproblemsseembiggerthantheyare.Whensomethinggoeswrong,askyourself:"Intenyears'time,willthismatter?"Trytoavoidstressfulsituationsbybetterplanning-giveyourselfmoretimetodothingssoyou're
