1、·医学检验·2013年11月第20卷第32期ELISA与CMIA检测血清中抗一HCV的比较刘艳明湖南省益阳市南县人民医院,湖南益阳413000【摘要】目的比较酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)与化学发光微粒子免疫分析(CMIA)检测血清中丙型肝炎抗体(抗一HCV)的优越性。方法首先选择200份质控品对两种方法检测的准确性及一致性进行分析,然后选择本院门诊及住院患者抗一HCV样本2000例,分别采用ELISA法与CMIA法对患者血清中抗一HCV进行测定、分析,并对比两种方法对抗一HCV的阳性检测率。结果质控品试验结果:CIMA
2、法与ELISA法检测准确率分别为98.5O%与93.00%,两种方法检测的一致率为93.00%;对两种检测方法下反馈结果不一致的样本进行分析,CIMA法检测抗一HCV阳性结果为100.O0%,占总样本数的1.50%,ELISA法检测抗一HCV阳性结果为92.86%.占总样本数的6.50%。2000例抗一HCV样本检测结果:ELISA法阳性检测率为1.00%,CIMA法阳性检测率为2.10%,两种方法抗一HCV阳性检测率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0-05)。结论CMIA检测抗一I-ICY的准确率、特异性以及灵敏度均明显优
