1、·医学检验·2013年11月第20卷第32期ELISA与CMIA检测血清中抗一HCV的比较刘艳明湖南省益阳市南县人民医院，湖南益阳413000【摘要】目的比较酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)与化学发光微粒子免疫分析(CMIA)检测血清中丙型肝炎抗体(抗一HCV)的优越性。方法首先选择200份质控品对两种方法检测的准确性及一致性进行分析，然后选择本院门诊及住院患者抗一HCV样本2000例，分别采用ELISA法与CMIA法对患者血清中抗一HCV进行测定、分析，并对比两种方法对抗一HCV的阳性检测率。结果质控品试验结果：CIMA

2、法与ELISA法检测准确率分别为98．5O％与93．00％，两种方法检测的一致率为93．00％；对两种检测方法下反馈结果不一致的样本进行分析，CIMA法检测抗一HCV阳性结果为100．O0％，占总样本数的1．50％，ELISA法检测抗一HCV阳性结果为92．86％．占总样本数的6．50％。2000例抗一HCV样本检测结果：ELISA法阳性检测率为1．00％，CIMA法阳性检测率为2．10％，两种方法抗一HCV阳性检测率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0-05)。结论CMIA检测抗一I-ICY的准确率、特异性以及灵敏度均明显优
