1、SectionⅢ—Writing如何写投诉信投诉信是对产品或服务表达不满的信件。常见的表达责备、抱怨和要求赔偿类的写作形式都为投诉信。此类写作内容要明确具体,事实要条理清楚,但要避免使用过激或者使对方难堪的措辞。写作时要开门见山地列出对什么不满、为什么不满,最后提出解决的办法。投诉信一般分为三个部分:开头段:提出投诉内容。说明与收件人的相关性,点出写作的意图。主体段:说明具体情况。说明投诉的原因,既可以讲具体理由,也可以谈问题的具体体现方式。结束段:提出解决办法。表达希望上述问题得到尽快解决的强烈愿望,希望尽快得到满意的答复并对有关人员做出的努力表示感谢。1.Iamwritingtoyouto
