1、SectionⅢ—Writing如何写建议信本单元的写作要求是写建议信(ALetterofSuggestion)。建议信是向收信人对某事提出写信人的建议和忠告的一类书信。建议信要先写出写信的原因,提出建议的理由,然后是建议的内容。书信中的语气一定要礼貌,而且要正确运用提建议的句型,提出的建议一定要符合逻辑。写作步骤:首段:陈述事由,表明写作意图,要注意语气。主体段落:应该首先肯定对方的优点,然后再写需要改进的地方或针对具体情况提出具体建议或忠告。结尾段:希望对方能采纳建议,并向对方提出祝愿。1.建议信开头常用句式Iamwritingtoexpressmyviewsabout...
