2、arsfromAustraliaPacificLNG’sworld-classcoalseamgasresourcesandproposedLNGfacilityonCurtisIsland,GladstoneinQueensland.AustraliaPacificLNGandSinopecInternationalPetroleumExploration&ProductionCorporation(“SIPC”,asubsidiary100%ownedbySinopecGroup)alsosignedaSubscriptionAgreementforSIPCtosu

3、bscribefora15%interestinAustraliaPacificLNGtherebyreducingConocoPhillips’andOriginEnergy’sownershipinterestto42.5%respectively.TheseagreementsreflectthecommercialtermsoutlinedintheHeadsofAgreementsignedbetweenAustraliaPacificLNGandSinopecon25February2011.Theagreementsaresubjecttoapproval

4、sbytheChineseGovernmentandinAustralia,theForeignInvestmentReviewBoardandareconditionalonAustraliaPacificLNGreachingafinalinvestmentdecision.OriginEnergyManagingDirector,MrGrantKingsaid,“TodaymarksanimportantmilestoneinthedevelopmentoftheAustraliaPacificLNGprojectandrepresentsthelargestLN

5、GsupplyagreementinAustralianhistorybyannualvolume.“TheseagreementsaretestamenttothestrengthoftheAustraliaPacificLNGproject,whichisbasedonAustralia’slargestcoalseamgasreservesandresourcestogetherwithConocoPhillips’provenCascade©LNGtechnologythatiswell-suitedtoaCSGapplication,”MrKingsaid.C
