2、rter,realizesthefunctionofmaximumpowerpointtracking(MPPT)ofsolarcellsbyusinghighspeedcontroller---FPGAandanewMPPTtechnology---WeightedVariable-StepVoltage-HysteresisPerturbation&Observation(WVSVHP&O)method.Thispaperexplainsthedesignbyitscircuitconfigurationandcontrolsystem,
3、andsimulatesitinthesimulink.Thesimulationresultsshowthat,thistopologyisabletoachievethepurposeofchargingefficientlywithsolarcells;Thecontrolstrategyusedhere,comparedwiththeconventionalMPPTmethods,showsitssuperiorityoffastandefficient.0IntroductionAfterenteringthe21stcentury
4、,howtodeveloptheeconomysustainableunderthedoublerestrictionsofthelimitedenergyandenvironmentalprotection,hasbecameaenormoushistoricaltopichumanfacedwith.Thedeficientofconventionalenergyandthedestructionofenvironmentfromfossilenergyareforcingpeopletodevelopandusegreennewener
5、gyonalargescale.Amongthenumerousnewenergy,solarhasbeendevelopedvigorouslybyhumanforitsabundantreserves,widedistribution,clean,economy,highavailability,etc[1].Chargingtechnologycombinedwithphotovoltaictechnologyisinarapidlydevelopingstage,andhasmadegreatprogressalready.Butch
6、argingefficiencyofchargerisstillnotideal,howtoimproveutilizationofsolarcellsbyusingMPPTtechnologyreasonableisstillatechnicalprobleminthisarea.Switchingpowersupplybecomesthedirectionofdevelopmentoffuturepowersupplyforitssmallsize,lightweight,highefficiency,lowcalorific,stabl
7、eperformance.Atthetimeofchoosingthestructureofthechargingcircuit,noticedthattherequirementsoftherelationshipbetweeninputvoltageandoutputvoltageofBUCKconverterandBOOSTconverter,limittheirapplication.Inordertomakethesystemmeettherequirementsofphotovoltaicchargingapplication,t
