1、一消防安全教育培训制度一、单位法定代表人或主要负责人、消防安全管理人要明确并履行消防安全职责，成为消防安全明白人。各级消防安全责任部门应结合各岗位的火灾危险性、防火措施、季节和环境特点，开展经常性的防火安全教育，重点是提高员工的消防安全意识。二、单位应确定专兼职消防宣传教育人员，经过专业培训，具备宣传教育能力。三、单位应在公共部位悬挂或张贴消防宣传标语，利用展板、专栏、电视、电子显示屏等形式开展消防宣传教育。四、员工上岗、转岗前应经过岗前消防安全培训并考核合格，所在部门应向新进员工讲明本单位及岗位的火灾危险性和防火措施；对在岗人员至少每半年进行一次消防安全教育。
