2、对黄河下游滩区、东平湖蓄滞洪区、黄河堤防济南段、济南市城市洪水风险图4个应用系统的各项功能进行了集成。该平台可以方便地对水文气象、工情信息、洪水灾害、防汛管理等进行查询,同时应用洪水仿真、损失评估等模型模拟出不同洪水频率下最大可能淹没范围、淹没水深、流速并实现洪灾损失评估、迁安救护决策支持等功能。关键词:洪水;风险图;管理信息平台;风险分析;黄河下游中图分类号:TV877文献标识码:B文章编号:1000-0860(2009)02-0050-04ResearchanddevelopmentofFlood
