1、摘要摘要本设计从异戊橡胶的发展历程和目前现状入手，参照生产厂的实际情况，根据国家的政策、法规，确定了设计原则：遵守国家有关法律及法规，立足国内，吃透和消化国外引进的设备和工艺，力求生产技术先进，经济合理，实施可行，安全可靠，防止环境污染，保护生态平衡。根据设计任务书确定了设计的范围为聚合，干燥工段的工艺设计（初步）；进行了物料平衡计算，得到了物料平衡图；进行了热量衡算，为设备计算奠定基础；对装置组成、生产方法、生产制度进行了合理的确定，确定了合理的工艺参数和操作规程。聚合工段至后处理工段的物料衡算、聚合过程的热量衡算、聚合工段各种设备的选型，物料流程图、带
2、控制点工艺流程图、聚合釜装配图、平面布置图等计算。利用物料衡算和热量衡算的数据，进行了专题部分热水罐工艺设计计算。根据确定的工艺流程和控制方案，绘制出带控制点的工艺流程图；编制了1.0×107千克/年异戊橡胶生产车间工艺设计说明书。经过最后核算，1.0×107千克/年异戊橡胶生产车间工艺设计符合设计要求，各项参数均已达标。关键词：异戊橡胶；聚合釜；工艺设计I摘要AbstractThisdesignfromisoprenerubberdeveloppmentcourseandthepresentsituation,accordingtotheactualco
