2、(purchasedfromLumTechCorporation)andyellowphosphorescentemitterPO-01dopedintobluehost(PT-05)(fromLumTechCorporation)and4,4-N,N-dicarbazole-biphenyl(CBP)hosts,respectively.Priortodevicefabrication,IndiumTinOxide(ITO)-coatedglasssubstrateswerecarefullycleanedbyscrubbingandsonication.Alldevi
3、ceswerefabricatedwithconventionalprocess.4,4,4-tris(3-methylphenylphenylamino)-triphenylamine(m-MTDATA)and7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline(Bphen),servedasholeinjectionlayer,andhole-blockinglayer(HBL)/electrontransportinglayer,respectively.Tris(phe-nylpyrazole)Iridium(Ir(ppz)3)wasservedashol
4、e-transportinglayer(HTL)andelectron-blockinglayer(EBL).Thethermaldepositionrateswere0.1,0.05and0.5nm/sfororganicmaterials,LiFandAl,respectively.Theactiveareaofthedeviceswas4mm2.TheELspectraandCIEcoordinatesofthedevicesweremeasuredbyaPR650spectroscanspectrometer,andthecurrentdensity-voltag
5、e(J-V)-luminancecharacteristicswererecordedsimultaneouslybycombiningthespectrometerwithKeithley2400programmablevoltagecurrentsource.Thecolorrenderingindex(CRI)valuesofthedeviceswerecalculatedwithsoftwareSETFOS3.0fromFLUXIMAG.Allmeasure-mentswerecarriedoutatroomtemperatureunderambientcondi
6、tions.ResultsanddiscussionAnincreaseinthePT-86concentrationcanreducethehoppingdistanceandsubsequentlypromotethecarriertransportintheemissionlayer(EML),furtherincreasingthecurrentdensityinthedevice.Insuccession,devicesbasedonPT-86andPO-01combinationswerefabricatedbyutilizingBPhenandIr(ppz)
7、3asinterlayerandfixingPT-86dopingconcentrationat5wt.%.FordeviceD1,arelativelylargerincreaseinyellowwithrespecttotheblueemission(ratioofthephotonsfromPO-01andPT-86emission:RY/B)isfoundinELspectraatlowvoltages(<6V),whiletheRY/Bisnearlyunchangedathighervoltages.Fig.4.在
