2、需求的新型综合评价指标体系．并且给出算例和实际应用情况。将指标体系分为核心价值指标集和终端需求指标集两个大类，选用层次分析法(AHP)将智能配电网涉及的各个评估对象按照总体结构层(智能配电网整体评价结果所在层级)、因素控制层(核心价值指标集所在层级)和网络交互层(终端需求指标集所在层级)进行分级决策，得到包含7个模块，合计53个指标的较为完整的面向用户的智能配电网综合评价指标体系。通过在算例中的应用分析表明，该方法实用性较强，对于评估配电网智能化发展水平和供电可靠性、识别配电网规划建设的薄弱环节有重要意义，可为面向用户的智能配电网的规划建设、提
