2、率两方面，构建了科学、合理、全面的配电网投资效果后评价指标体系；其次，采用主客观结合的评价方法，提出了配电网投资效果后评价体系中指标权重及评价判据的计算方法；最后，利用配电网投资效果后评价体系，提出了投资的整体合理程度判定方法。算例表明，该评估方法能够有效地对配电网进行投资效果后评价，并能找出配电网投资的薄弱环节，对配电网的建设和改造有重要的指导意义。关键词：配电网；投资效果；后评价；运行效果；投资效率；指标体系；合理性分析中图分类号：TM715文献标志码：A文章编号：1003—8930(2016
