2、省外非政策性购电量情况下及不同水电发电量情景下，分析省电力公司最优购电策略；并在平衡相关利益主体的基础上，分析策略的可操作性和有效性。结论表明：在特定的情景下，省电力公司采用谨慎预测水电电量和在火电企业利用小时超过标准值后按电价优先原则购电2种策略，可以有效地降低购电成本。关键词：水电不确定性；购电决策模型；最优购电策略；火电统筹中图分类号：TM734；F407文献标识码：A文章编号：1673—9140(2014)02—0089—06Optimalelectricity。purchasingstrategyofpowercompanybasedonuncertainh
