1、第59卷第3期2017年6月汽轮机技术TURBINETECHNOLOGYV01.59No.3Jun.2017核电汽轮机低压缸不均匀热变形诊断杨璋1’2,王瑜3,蒋彦龙1(1南京航空航天大学航空宇航学院,南京210016;2福建宁德核电有限公司,宁德355200;3南京工业大学城市建设学院,南京211800)摘要:研究核电汽轮机低压缸不均匀热变形故障的典型特征与处理方法。某核电汽轮机空载进行电气试验期间,因2号低压转子前轴承处振幅持续爬升且轴瓦温差达停机值而被迫打闸。通过分析各振动测点的频谱、晃度、波德图判断低压转子存在动静摩擦,分析各支撑轴承轴瓦金属
2、温度变化趋势、顶轴油压力值判断轴瓦发生了不均匀变形,结合核电汽轮机低压缸结构特点与运行参数,综合诊断这起事件的直接原因很可能是低压缸缸体不均匀热变形。电厂进行针对性检查发现,汽水分离再热器第二级加热器的启动调节阀处于错误全开位置,导致低压缸进汽温度异常上升后缸体整体下凹,快速处理后机组顺利冲转并网。研究表明,核电汽轮机低压缸发生热变形下凹后,会导致低压转子与端部汽封处发生轻微动静摩擦,振动响应慢但惯性大;同时还会导致支撑轴承前后端温差缓慢变大。关键词:核电汽轮机;低压缸;摩擦;振动分类号:TK268文献标识码:A文章编号:1001-5884(2017
