1、第44卷第2l期电力系统保护与控制V01.44NO.212016年11月1日PowerSystemProtectionandControlNOV.1,2016D0I:10.7667/PSPC151928基于多Agent的分层扩展电网故障信息融合处理系统林霞,李瑶,李强,王群,朱新颖,薛会(国网山东省电力公司枣庄供电公司,山东枣庄277102)摘要:介绍了多Agent系统技术,结合智能系统可以自动完成故障诊断。此技术可以使调度员在电网故障及故障后快速分析故障原因、准确判断故障位置并采取相应措施。多Agent系统是利用基于知识的推理和基于模型的
2、自动解释系统,结合广域故障录波信息进行相关区域故障电流的差流计算实现故障区域精确辨识,并将各间隔故障电流及诊断结果在站内图上统一直观展示。系统在判断故障区域为输电线路后,基于双端录波、零序电流分布等成熟技术准确定位线路故障点位置,并辅以有机耦合保信系统、故录系统及SCADA系统等实现故障运行状态监测、故障区域快速辨识及故障点精确定位。以上任务完成后,可利用工程师辅助分析系统完成包括保护行为分析及自动归档等任务。关键词:多Agent系统:广域差动原理;故障区域辨识;故障测距Informationintegrationprocessingsys
