3、ndUpBlueSprings–VolunteersengagingcitizensintheBlueSpringscommunity,andfacilitatinginvolvement,growth,communication,andcollaboration.StandUp’sguidingprinciplesare:Involvement-Acommitmenttoincludemorecitizensindecisionmakingthroughendeavorstoencouragevotingandtheemergence

6、onsiblelandlordinitiativewasdevelopedinresponsetotheconcernsofcitizenslivinginneighborhoodswithhighconcentrationsofResponsibleMaintenancerentalproperty,particularlyone-andtwo-familydwellings.Itisaperformance-Landlordbasedapproachthatusespropertymaintenancecodeenforcement

7、asamethodInitiativeofencouragingandprotectingprivateinvestmentandstabilizingneighborhoods.Theinitiativecreatesthreelandlordclassifications–responsible,provisional,andsuspended.TheLivabilityCodesetsthestandardforsafe,attractive,sustainablehousing.Forpropertyownersclassifi
