1、第41卷,第3期公路工程Vol.41,No.32016年6月HighwayEngineeringJun.,2016RAP温度对泡沫沥青冷再生配合比设计及路用性能的影响严超君(浙江广播电视大学教学中心工程教研部,浙江杭州310030)[摘要]回收沥青路面材料(RAP)的温度受季节和一天当中空气温度的影响,既有泡沫沥青冷再生混合料配合比设计方法并没有考虑RAP温度对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料性能的影响。研究了RAP温度对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料干湿劈裂强度、高低温性能和泡沫沥青分散性状的影响。结果表明,随着RAP温度增加,泡沫沥青冷再生混合料干湿劈裂强度增大,混合料最佳泡沫沥青用量减小,RAP温度对泡
2、沫沥青冷再生混合料劈裂强度有显著的影响;增加RAP预热温度可显著改善泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的高温稳定性和低温抗裂性,不同RAP预热温度下,泡沫沥青冷再生混合料马歇尔试件劈裂破坏界面的泡沫沥青面积百分比与试件干湿劈裂强度之间的线性拟合关系良好,RAP预热温度对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的影响机理在于其影响了泡沫沥青在混合料的分散形状和分散的均匀性,提高了混合料的压实特性。[关键词]路面工程;沥青路面冷再生;泡沫沥青冷再生混合料;劈裂强度;泡沫沥青分散性状[中图分类号]U414.1[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1674—0610(2016)03—0125—07TheInfluenceofRAPTemp
