2、溶液分别浸泡绿豆种子6、12h,观察绿豆种子萌芽及幼苗生长状况。【结果】当溶液pH值为7.5时,绿豆种子萌发速度最决、数量最多,2d后浸种6、12h的发芽率分别为87.5%和92.5%;浸种6、12h,播种4aM分别以pH值7.5和7.0处理的幼苗株高最高。浸种6、12h时,分别以pH值6.5、7.0处理的绿豆幼苗鲜重最高,而均以pH8.0处理的幼苗干重最高。【结论】在广西贺州地区,适宜绿豆发芽及苗期生长的浸种溶液pH值为7.0~7.5,pH过高或过低均不利于绿豆的萌发和生长。关键词:绿豆;种子;萌发;幼苗;生长;pH值中图分类号:$522.041文献标志码:A文章编号:2095—
