1、早期综合康复训练对乳腺癌术后上肢功能的效果观察(河南省濮阳市红十字医院河南濮阳457000)【摘要】目的:探讨早期综合康复训练对乳腺肿瘤患者术后上肢功能康复效果的影响。方法:选择我院2012年1月〜2014年5月期间收治入院的实施乳腺癌改良根治术患者84例，将其所有患者按照数字法随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各42例。观察组患者实行早期综合康复训练，对照组例患者采用传统的功能锻炼方法，观察两组患者患侧上肢上举功能(前屈，外展，后伸，外旋)比较及术后并发症。对所有数据进行统计学分析。结果:两组患者手术前患侧上肢前屈，外展，后伸，外旋等活动度比较无统计学意义(P>

2、;0.05);两组患者患肢术后1个月、前屈，外展，后伸，外旋活动度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o两组患者患侧上肢水肿的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后皮下积液及皮瓣坏死的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：乳腺肿瘤术后进行早期综合康复训练可有效促进肢体功能的恢复，防止患肢水肿的发牛，从而更好的恢复患者牛活自理能力。【关键词】乳腺癌；改良根治术；综合康复训练；效果【中图分类号】R73【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2016)33-0393-02Effectobservationofearlycomprehensi
