2、ABS/SBS共混物流变性能和力学性能的影响。流变实验结果表明,ABS/SBS共混物的流动性明显变好,流变性能的剪切频率依赖性变弱,低频下熔体强度升高,ABS/SBS(线型)共混物的温度敏感性较纯ABS低,ABS/SBSf星型)共混物的温度敏感性较纯ABS高;力学性能实验结果表明,ABS/SBS共混物的韧性提高,在ABS中加入质量分数为10%的SBS,弯曲性能和拉伸强度保持率分别在85%,80%以上。可较好地满足3D打印对ABS流动性好、流变性能对剪切频率的依赖性低、熔体强度和韧性高等要求。关键词:丙烯腈一丁二烯一苯乙烯塑料;苯乙烯一丁二烯一苯乙烯塑料;3D打印;流
