1、第3l卷第4期矿冶工程Vo1.3lNo42011年08月MININGANDMETALLURGICALENGINEERIN『GAugust2011高海拔土状氧化铜矿湿法处理工艺研究及生产实践①张仪(云南迪庆矿业有限责任公司,云南香格里拉674400)摘要:针对土状氧化铜细泥含量高,氧化铜与铁矿物及其它脉石结合率高,难以直接堆浸的特点,开展了氧化铜矿水洗分级.粗粒柱浸一细粒搅浸湿法处理工艺试验,考察了酸度、浸出时间等条件参数对铜浸出率的影响,确定了柱浸、搅浸最佳工艺条件。结果表明,小型柱浸试验时,控制浸出液pH值为1.5~1
2、.7,浸出时间为65d,铜浸出率达到65.05%,为扩大柱浸试验提供了技术依据。柱浸扩大连续试验取得铜浸出率69.62%、吨铜酸耗14.82t的较好技术指标;搅浸的最佳工艺为:搅拌速度60r/min,酸矿比12%,浸出时间120min,温度60℃,浸出液pH值为1.5—1.7,在最佳工艺条件下,铜浸出率达65.29%,吨铜酸耗10.87t。目前该湿法处理工艺已成功应用于工业生产实践,堆浸生产电积铜1500t,浸出率64%;搅浸生产电积铜350t,浸出率65%。关键词:土状氧化铜矿;铜;堆浸;柱浸;搅浸;电积铜中图分类号:
