1、索利那新片联合网味美辛栓剂预防性治疗前列腺电切术品膀胱痉挛的临床观察【摘要】目的评估索利那新片与昭味美辛栓剂联合应用对前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的治疗效果。方法随机将40例前列腺增生电切术后患者分成索利那新纟R、昭味美辛组、联合组(索利那新+眄1味美辛)、空白对照组,各10例。分别于手术当日使用索利那新片5mg,1次/12h；酬垛美辛直肠栓剂25mg,2次/d；索利那新片5mg,1次/12h+卿味美辛直肠栓剂25mg,2次/d；淀粉安慰剂5mg,至停留置导尿。结果在TURP术后的第1、2、3天,单用索利那新片或n引味美辛栓剂可降低膀胱痉挛发作次数和持续时间

7、生症的手术方法，术麻出现膀胱痉挛是常见的并发症[1,2]"sup〉。膀胱痉挛频繁性发作是不稳定膀胱的典型临床表现，是由非神经源性因素引起的逼尿肌反射亢进所致[3],单一运用索利那新片、II引味美辛栓剂控制膀胱痉挛疗效较差。木院从2010年在临床上开始应用索利那新片联合n引味美辛栓剂预防性治疗前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛，其疗效明显，现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料2010年8月〜2011年2月本院泌尿外科经患者病史询问、直肠检查、B超、膀胱镜检杳确诊为良性前列腺增生症患者50例。纳入标准：有明显下尿路症状，包括刺激症状和
8、梗阻症状；膀胱出口梗阻，欲行TURP手术者；年龄55〜95岁。排除标准：有抗胆.碱能药物的禁忌
