1、铸造工程FoundryEngineering材料与工艺牵引杆座铸造工艺分析李剑波(中车大连机车车辆有限公司,辽宁大连116021)摘要:采用铸造模拟软件MAGMA对铸钢牵引杆座的原先的和新近的铸造工艺进行了模拟比较。分析了牵引杆座铸件在铸造过程中产生缩孔缩松缺陷的部位。针对原铸造工艺无法实现充分补缩的缺点,改进了牵引杆座的铸造工艺。结果,解决了由于缩松缺陷导致牵引杆座不致密的质量的问题。关键词:MAGMA软件;铸造工艺;模拟;优化中图分类号:TP319文献标识码:A文章编号:1673-3320(2017)04-0035-03AnalysisonCastingPro
