2、矿细度下以高选择性的铜矿物捕收剂ZP一02预先浮选铜矿物及部分连生交代、可浮性好的镍矿物,获得的粗精矿精选后以石灰作抑制剂进行铜镍分离,浮铜尾矿以硫酸铜作活化剂、丁基黄药作捕收剂浮选镍矿物,获得了良好的试验指标。采用铜镍等可浮浮选工艺获得了含铜21.57%、含镍0.86%、铜回收率为71.18%的铜精矿,含镍5.57%、含铜0.44%、镍回收率为25.26%的镍精矿1和含镍5.68%、含铜0.34%、镍回收率50.06%的镍精矿2,解决了传统工艺分选该铜镍矿石指标差的难题。关键词:铜镍硫化矿;微细粒;等可浮浮选中图分类
