2、问题,在乳化液含量、轧机压下率和轧制速度方面对摩擦状态的影响规律及油膜厚度变化规律进行现场测试研究。结果表明:轧制速度以及乳化液含量的提高均有利于辊缝中油膜的形成,油膜厚度随压下率的提高呈类似线性下降趋势;轧辊与轧件间摩擦因数随压下率的提高而加大,随轧制速度以及乳化液含量的提高而减小;随着轧机压下率的增加,轧制力随之提高,使得轧辊与轧件间的油膜厚度减小,从而轧辊与轧件间混合润滑状态的流动润滑成分相对减小,摩擦状态随之恶化,具体表现为轧辊与轧件问摩擦因数的增大。关键词:高速轧机;辊缝;摩擦;润滑;压下率中图分类号:TH117.2文献标识码:A文章编号:0254—01
