2、侧芽组培第8代继代苗为材料,接种到含不同基本培养基配比、不同ⅢA、NAA、活性炭(Ac)浓度的生根培养基上进行生根培养,采用L9(34)正交试验设计优选生根培养基。【结果】在Ms、1/2Ms和3/2Ms培养基中诱导的番木瓜组培苗生根率存在显著差异,诱导效果表现为Ms>l/2Ms>3/2Ms;不同IBA浓度对番木瓜生根率影响效果表现以2.0mg几IBA>2.5mg几IBA>IBAl.Omg几IBA,以2.0~2.5mg,L为宜;不同NAA浓度对番木瓜生根的诱导作用表现为0.05mg几>0.10mg/L>0mg/L,以O.05mg几为宜;活性炭对番木瓜生根诱导作用表现为0.002%Ac>0.005
