2、侧芽组培第8代继代苗为材料，接种到含不同基本培养基配比、不同ⅢA、NAA、活性炭(Ac)浓度的生根培养基上进行生根培养，采用L9(34)正交试验设计优选生根培养基。【结果】在Ms、1／2Ms和3／2Ms培养基中诱导的番木瓜组培苗生根率存在显著差异，诱导效果表现为Ms>l／2Ms>3／2Ms；不同IBA浓度对番木瓜生根率影响效果表现以2．0mg几IBA>2．5mg几IBA>IBAl．Omg几IBA，以2．0～2．5mg，L为宜；不同NAA浓度对番木瓜生根的诱导作用表现为0．05mg几>0．10mg／L>0mg／L，以O．05mg几为宜；活性炭对番木瓜生根诱导作用表现为0．002％Ac>0．005
