3、rtomatobreedingandrationaldistributionoftomatoanti—virusvariety.【Method】Since2011,thestudyhaveinvestigatedandidentifiedbegomoviruseswhichcausedtomatoyellowleafcurldisease(TYLCD)inGuangxi,andcollected189sampleswithtypicalsymptomsofbegomovirusesinfection.TotalDNAwereextractedandalIthesamplesweredetect

4、edusingdegenerateprimersofbegomoviruses.PCRproductsofpositivesampleswereselected.purifiedandsequenced撕erlinkingtoclonevector.ThesequenceswerecomparedtothoseinGenBank.Virusisolatesfromdifferentplaceswereselected.full—lengthamplificationanddetectionoftheseisolateswereconducted.Theresearchersalsoestabl

5、ishedphylogenetictreestostudytheirevolutionaryrelationshipsandgeneticdiversity.【Result】AccordingtoPCRdetection,therewere139positivesamplesoutof189tomatosamples,positiveratebeing73.54%.Typicaltomatosampleswereselectedandsequenced,fourkindsofbegomovirusesthatcausedTYLCDinGuangxiwerefound:Tomatoleafcur

6、lChinavirus,PapayaleafcurlChinavirus.TomatoyellowleafcurlChinavirusandAgeratumyellowveinChinavirus.Complicatedmixedinfectionsweredetectedinthesamplesandat1eastseventypesofmixedinfectionswerefound.Forty—sevenfullDNA—Asequencesofvirusisolateswereobtained.Phylogenetictreeanalysisindicatedthatvirusisola

7、tesfromthesameregionbelongedtothesamesub-clade,andshowedrichgeneticevolutionaryrelationship.【Conclusion】Afterinvestigationandidentification,fourkindsoftomato—infectingbegomovirusesarefoundexistinginGu
