2、风荷载，主要验算层间侧移刚度与水平弹性位移，主要的方法为D值法等。其次计算竖向荷载计算，包括恒载与活载，采用弯矩二次分配法等。在内力计算时，主要计算柱轴力，柱端弯矩与柱端剪力、梁端剪力与弯矩，然后进行内力分析与组合。最后还进行梁柱截面设计、楼板、楼梯、基础等的配筋计算。其中柱按偏压构件算，为保证延性框架要进行“强柱弱梁，强剪弱弯，强节点弱构件”的设计原则，且满足构造要求。本设计计算结果主要以手算为主，PKPM为辅助演算手算结果。［关键字］框架结构；地震作用；D值法；弯矩二次分配法；内力组合；截面设计4鑫源快捷酒店设计4鑫源快捷酒店设计TheDesignof
