1、鑫源快捷酒店设计TheDesignofXinyuanEconomicalHotel总计：83页表格：42个插图：44幅鑫源快捷酒店设计TheDesignofXinyuanEconomicalHotel鑫源快捷酒店设计鑫源快捷酒店设计4鑫源快捷酒店设计［摘 要］本工程为南阳市鑫源快捷酒店，共六层。建筑物的总高度为21.90m，总建筑面积4704.24㎡。建筑总体布置大体上为一字形，楼屋盖均采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构。本工程结构设计采用框架结构，结构计算按横向框架承重分析。在计算过程中，首先进行荷载汇集，然后进行水平荷载作用下的结构内力计
2、算，主要的荷载为地震荷载与风荷载，主要验算层间侧移刚度与水平弹性位移，主要的方法为D值法等。其次计算竖向荷载计算，包括恒载与活载，采用弯矩二次分配法等。在内力计算时，主要计算柱轴力，柱端弯矩与柱端剪力、梁端剪力与弯矩，然后进行内力分析与组合。最后还进行梁柱截面设计、楼板、楼梯、基础等的配筋计算。其中柱按偏压构件算，为保证延性框架要进行“强柱弱梁，强剪弱弯，强节点弱构件”的设计原则，且满足构造要求。本设计计算结果主要以手算为主，PKPM为辅助演算手算结果。［关键字］框架结构；地震作用；D值法；弯矩二次分配法；内力组合；截面设计4鑫源
