1、城市社区论文：城市社区组织化参与研究【中文摘要】伴随着经济体制改革和社会管理体制改革,中国社会领域发生了翻天覆地的变化。作为社会建设的重要微观主体,城市社区建设正如火如荼进行,影响着人们生产生活乃至思想的各个方面。在这个过程中,人们参与社区建设的愿望越来越强烈。这种参与热情是客观存在的,它既是人们追求社会生活的本能需求,又是人们改善生存环境的重要预期。社会的日益开放正是实现这种愿望实现的重要契机。就我国社区参与而言,其显著特征就是组织化程度高。有研究表明,中国社区参与在很大程度上是组织化的。然而,目前我国社区组织化参与呈现出与社会发展不
2、相适应的特征,社区组织化参与在满足城市社区居民参与需求和促进城市社区建设方面处于尴尬的位置。究其原因,社区自治组织自治性质的丧失和参与能力不足是主要原因,而这应该成为社区自治改革关注的问题。就社区参与组织化而言,回归居委会的自治性质,培养的社区自治组织是可行之道。本文在分析社区组织化参与相关概念的基础上,对城市社区重要的参与组织进行梳理和总结,指出四种不同的参与机制。针对目前社区组织化参与的现状和不足,从利益、组织能力和组织关系等角度全方位分析问题的原因,指出改善城市社区组织化参与的可行的途径。【英文摘要】Accompaniedbyth
