2、京210024)摘要:主要通过正交法进行了超长保坍湿喷混凝土用聚羧酸系减水剂的制备及性能研究。试验以坍落度损失率及扩展度损失率为主要考察指标,以此对减水剂进行长时间保坍眭能的评价,且辅之以抗压强度测试。最终通过各因素水平的影响规律研究,确定了减水剂配合比的最佳方案,并对该减水剂配合比进行了混凝土性能检测及由该减水剂配制的湿喷混凝土长时间保坍性能测试。结果表明该减水剂具有高减水,在掺量为1.0%时减水率高达34.7%;同时在高缓凝(初、终凝结时间差分别为575、650min)的条件下实现了高增强,3d抗压强
