1、城乡一体化统筹发展论文：城乡一体化统筹发展理论和实证研究【中文摘要】统筹城乡发展,推进城乡一体化,是打破城乡二元结构,完善市场经济体制,建设和谐社会主义社会的必然要求。所谓统筹城乡发展,就是要改变城乡隔离的传统观念和做法,就是要统筹城乡经济发展、社会进步、空间利用、生态保护。推进城乡一体化,有利于打破城乡二元结构,缩小城乡生活水平差距,减弱工农对抗,统筹城乡空间资源利用,提高城乡基础设施共享水平,建立城乡平等的社会经济秩序。本文的总体思路是以当前城乡一体化统筹发展号召为背景,以东海县为研究对象,先阐
2、述了文章的,我国提出城乡一体化统筹发展战略举措的意义,以及对东海的经济社会的影响作用,再对城乡一体化统筹发展理论进行综述,介绍了发达国家与发展中国家城乡一体化国家统筹发展经验,以及国内上海、成都等地的实践经验,总结分析了东海县推进城乡一体化进程中存在的城乡空间利用矛盾、土地浪费、区域承载力下降以及劳动力转移等现实问题,最后针对东海县城乡一体化统筹发展中的现状和问题,提出相应的建设对策和建议。【英文摘要】Thepoolinurbanandruralareasisdeveloped,advancethe
