1、骨髓单个核细胞和骨髓基质干细胞治疗股骨头坏死的疗效比较作者：卢伟，张元和，宝东艳作者单位：辽宁医学院附属第一医院骨科;辽宁医学院生理学教研室，辽宁锦州121001【摘要】目的分别观察骨髓单个核细胞复合异种骨、骨髓基质干细胞复合异种骨以及单独植入异种骨对兔坏死股骨头的修复效果，并对其进行比较，以判定骨髓骨髓单个核细胞是否对股骨头坏死有修复作用。方法23只新西兰白兔，用液氮冷冻的方法，建立双侧股骨头坏死模型，取其中45个坏死股骨头，随机分组，分别为对照组，实验1组，实验2组。每组15只股骨头。对照组为髓芯减压后单

2、独的异种骨植入，实验1组为髓芯减压后植入复合骨髓基质干细胞的异种骨，实验2组为髓芯减压后植入复合骨髓单个核细胞的异种骨。术后2、4、8周，分别行X线检查、Masson染色检查、及新生血管面积百分比和新生骨小梁体积百分比统计分析。结果纳入新西兰口兔23只，均进入结果分析。X线及Masson染色检查示实验1、2组修复效果相同，均优于对照组。术后新生血管面积百分比和股骨头新生骨体积百分比比较，同时期实验组效果好于对照组，且统计学差异明显。而实验1、2组间除2、4周血管面积百分比外,其余都无显著性差异。结论骨髓单个核
