5、try,andimproveaccesstofinancialservices.TovalidatethedesignoftheLibraprotocol,wehavebuiltanopen-sourceprototypeimplementation—LibraCore—inanticipationofaglobalcollaborativeefforttoadvancethisnewecosystem.TheLibraprotocolallowsasetofreplicas—referredtoasvalida
6、tors—fromdifferentauthoritiestojointlymaintainadatabaseofprogrammableresources.Theseresourcesareownedbydifferentuseraccountsauthenticatedbypublickeycryptographyandadheretocustomrulesspecifiedbythedevelopersoftheseresources.Validatorsprocesstransactionsandinte
