4、yptographyandadheretocustomrulesspecifiedbythedevelopersoftheseresources.Validatorsprocesstransactionsandinteractwitheachothertoreachconsensusonthestateofthedatabase.Transactionsarebasedonpredefinedand,infutureversions,user-definedsmartcontractsinanewprogrammi
