5、opulationisenrolledinthestatutory(basic)healthinsurancesystem.Inthecomplementaryprivateinsurancesector,theequivalenceprincipleholds–theinsuredpayriskequivalentpremiums.Bycomparison,communityratingappliesinsocialhealthinsurance,i.e.everypersonwithinasicknessfundpaysthesamepremiumirrespectiveo
