1、中国现代医生2014年11月第52卷第31期·临床护理·综合性护理干预对剖宫产产妇围术期焦虑状态及应激反应的影响张爱辉沈阳市第五人民医院产科．辽宁沈阳110023【摘要】目的探讨综合性护理干预对剖宫产产妇围术期焦虑状态及应激反应的影响。方法产妇100例随机分为干预组和对照组，每组50例。对照组予常规对症护理，干预组在此基础上实施围术期综合性护理干预措施，比较两组产妇人院第2天、术前1天、术后第3天的SAS的变化情况及两组患者术前(T0)、胎儿娩出时(T1)、术毕(T2)的MAP、HR、CORT水平的变化情况。结果术后第3天，两组患者的SAS评分分别较干预前显著降低．且显著低于

2、术前1天，但干预组术后第3天的SAS评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。干预组T1时点MAP、CORT水平均较T0时点明显上升，但与对照组比较，干预组T1时点MAP、CORT水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论对剖宫产产妇围术期实施综合性护理干预措施，可以缓解其焦虑心理，降低应激反应，确保手术顺利进行。[关键词】剖宫产产妇；围术期；综合性护理；焦虑；应激反应【中图分类号】R473．71【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1673-9701(2014)31—0079—03Influenceofcomprehensivenursingintervent
