1、摘要中文摘要基于碳纳米管的DNA生物传感器同时具备碳纳米管的良好的导电性和DNA分子的自识别性等优异的性能,在生物和电化学检测等方面均具有较高的效率。本论文首先对单壁碳纳米管进行DNA修饰,然后制备SWNTs/DNA传感器,并对其进行电化学性质的研究,并利用met-sw全m/I)NA传感器对W+离子浓度进行了检测。本文通过电弧放电法制备单壁碳纳米管,采用硝酸氧化法对单壁碳纳米管粗品进行纯化,通过表征,发现经硝酸氧化法处理后,能够得到纯度较高的单壁碳纳米管。并尝试性的研究了二次放电对单壁碳纳米管直径分布的影响,发现经二次放电后,直径分布变窄,直径较小,约为1.36nm。利用met-SWNTS/
