1、施工安全论文：施工企业安全文化成熟度模型研究【中文摘要】建筑业在我国国民经济中的地位日益凸显,但施工安全的现状相比其他发达国家依然严峻。研究表明安全文化能够有效地从精神领域影响人的安全行为和自律能力,相比其他的安全管理手段具有持久性。提高企业安全文化水平可以提高施工人员的安全素质,变被动为主动,降低施工中的事故伤亡频数,从根本上改变建筑施工企业安全形势。因此,安全文化成为了国内外专家、学者共同关注的热点,安全文化的影响力也被越来越多的专业人士所认同,企业的安全文化水平对企业的核心竞争力和企业的未来发展都起到十分重要的意义。企业要提高安全文化的水平,首先须准确地描述企业
2、自身安全文化水平所处的发展阶段,然后有针对性的制定提升安全文化水平的计划,将企业的有限资源最大化地集中到需要优先改进的方面,实现安全生产目标。本文所建立的安全文化成熟度模型的是准确地描述企业改进安全文化水平,帮助企业制定优先改进的计划。本文首先介绍相关的安全文化知识理论和成熟度模型在两个比较成熟的领域中运用,重点介绍了项目管理中的P-MMM(Kerzner-ProjectManagementMaturityModel)评估模型和软件行业中运用的CMM(CapabilityMaturityModelforSoftware)评估模型,结合这两个模型的特点,将安全文化划分为
3、五个发展阶段,对每个发展阶段的特点进行总结,建立安全文化的成熟度模型。五个发展阶段阶段分别为初始级、可重用级、已定义级、可管理级和优化级。并将每个级别的特点进行描述,将安全文化评价指标体系划分为人和物两个层面,每个层面细化为三个评价指标,最后制定相应的调查问卷,对各个因素层进行模糊评价分析。通过实例分析,量化了企业的安全文化水平,并针对结果提出改进办法,证明了安全文化成熟度评估模型的实用性。【英文摘要】Thepositionofconstructionindustryinournationaleconomyhasbecomeincreasinglyprominent.
