1、摘要论文以广兴案作为嘉庆帝整饬吏治的个案，揭示嘉庆帝亲政后广开言路、开放京控、派员委审与广兴案的内在关联，在一定程度上反映嘉庆朝的官场现状，官僚体制下的君臣关系、权力的运作与制衡关系，从而分析嘉庆帝整饬官场失效的深层次原因。嘉庆四年，亲政后的嘉庆帝颁发上谕广开言路以达到“下情上达”的目的。因京控案件更能直观地反映地方官场及民情，嘉庆帝便进一步开放京控，并就某些重大案件选择派员委审。嘉庆十一年、十二年，嘉庆帝多次派广兴等钦差前往河南、山东审办京控案件。嘉庆帝于十三年处理广兴克扣宫中例一案，对负有主要责任的广兴处以革职从宽免其治罪，对具有连带责任的内务府大臣英和等

2、人亦处以重罚。与此同时，嘉庆帝谕令山东巡抚吉纶访查广兴于嘉庆十一年、十二年在山东审案是否有贪赃枉法之事。在访查广兴在山东审案情形的过程中，嘉庆帝首先关注广兴的需索滋扰方面，但随着广兴大量家财的呈报，嘉庆帝便将关注点转到审案受贿方面。通过查实广兴在山东、河南的贪赃枉法以及家产，最终将其贪赃枉法的罪名坐实。在广兴伏法之后，嘉庆帝通过对馈送广兴银两的地方官以及失职的科道言官加以惩处，以达到整饬官场的目的。关键词嘉庆帝，广兴，广开言路，开放京控，派员委审ABSTRACTThisdissertationfocusesontheGuangxingcasewhichisar
