2、rez}@itculiacan.edu.mxAbstract.Learning-centeredemotionsunlikebasicemotionsemergeduringdeeplearningactivitiesandtheyhaveanimportantrelationtocognitiveprocessesofstudents.Inthispaperwepresentthecreationprocessofacorpusofphrases(opinions)relatedtolearningcomputerprogramming.Opinions(

3、textualphrases),arecategorizedindifferentemotionsrelatedtolearningsuchasfrustrated,bored,neutral,excited,andengaged.ThemaincontributionofthisworkisthecreationofthecorpusofsentencesrelatedtolearninginSpanishthatcanbeusedtoanalyzetextdialogsinordertodetectthestudent’semotionsandimpro

4、vetheteachingprocessadaptingthecontenttothecognitiveneedsandalso,totheaffectivestateofthestudent.Wepresentthestudyandtheresultsobtainedaboutthecorpusoftextualopinions.Keywords:opinionmining,sentimentanalysis,intelligenttutoringsystem,intelligentlearningenvironments,learning-centere

5、demotions.1IntroductionEmotionsplayafundamentalroleineducation.Learningistraditionallyperformedonlywithintheclassroomsinschoolsandwasconsideredonlythecognitivestatusofstudents,however,differenttechnologieshavebeendevelopedtoaddresstheneedtointegratetheemotionsintheteaching-learning

6、process.ThesetechnologiesincludesomeIntelligentTutoringSystems(ITS)andIntelligentLearningEnvironments(ILE),whichweredesignedtocaptureandidentifytheemotionsoftheusers,butmostoftheseconventionalsystemsworkonlywithbasicemotions[1].Humansexpressemotionsindifferentsituationsofdailylife.

7、Basicemotionslikeanger,happiness,sadness,andfearhavebeenstudiedbyEkman[2].However,thereareothertypesofemotionsthatemergeduringdeeplearningactivities,amongwhichareemotionslikeconfused,boredom,frustration,engagement,andexcitement;theseareknownasemotionscenteredonlearning[3,4].Emotion
