1、中文摘要随着传统监禁矫正弊端和不足的日益暴露，犯罪人对精神需求的追求，对重归社会的渴望，以及国家对行刑资源配置的要求，对维护社会和谐稳定的向往越来越强烈，世界各国开始尝试对刑罚制度的不断创新。因此，探索社区矫正工作的开展意义重大。本研究运用个案访谈方法对哈尔滨市开展社区矫正试点工作的司法局、司法所进行实证研究，依据人道主义、行刑社会化理论、标签理论以及复归社会理论，采取个案访谈法、文献法和比较分析等方法对社区矫正开展初期的现状进行分析。研究发现：哈尔滨市矫正对象对社区矫正服务需求很大，传统的监禁矫正与现实的矫正对

2、象高层次需求之闯存在着不平衡，本研究从社会学角度深入分析了国内外社区矫正的发展模式，通过对啥尔滨市社区矫正开展初期的研究，与国内其他城市的社区矫正模式进行比较，找出哈尔滨市与其他城市开展社区矫正工作存在差异的原因，并探索出一条适合哈尔滨市社区矫正工作发展的行之有效的矫正模式，最后对哈尔滨市日后开展社区矫正工作提出对策建议。关键词：监禁矫正；社区矫正；发展模式lIIIIIIbllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllIIlY2124897AbstractWiththeexplosion
