1、医院病区健康教育工作计划人民医院病区健康教育工作计划健康是人人应当享有的基本权利，是社会进步的重要标志和潜在的动力。一直以来，医疗卫生服务机构是健康教育与健康促进的重要场所，开展健康教育与健康促进是提高病人的健康知识知晓率，健康行为形成率，及疾病相关知识知晓率的重要措施，2013年医院病区健康教育计划如下：门诊健康教育：(1)门诊部主任必须重视并主管门诊健康教育，督促医护人员在门诊过程中开展健康教育。(2)门诊医护人员以口头讲解和健康教育处方等形式，对病人的行为和生活方式给予指导；及时向病人或其家属发放健康教育宣传品。住院健康教育：(1)各临床业务科室主任必须重视
