1、隧道全断面法施工工艺1、全断面法施工工艺全断面开挖是一次开挖成形的施工工艺，全断面开挖施工工艺循环进尺必须根据隧道断面、围岩地质条件、机械设备能力、爆破振动限制、循环作业时间等情况合理确定。⑴全断面法施工工艺流程见图1⑵工艺主要说明及要求适用范围：适用于铁路客运专线隧道的Ⅰ～Ⅱ级围岩地段，Ⅲ级围岩单线隧道、Ⅲ级围岩双线隧道采取了有效的预加固措施后，亦可采用全断面开挖施工工艺。作业内容：施工测量、多功能台架就位、钻孔、装药、起爆、通风、出碴、支护。本标段在Ⅱ级围岩地段采用多功能台架凿岩机钻孔，进行全断面
2、开挖。用XG951C侧式装载机装碴，自卸汽车运输至弃碴场，锚杆台车进行全断面锚杆安装、钢筋网挂设和喷混凝土施工。钻爆采用光面爆破技术爆破，喷混凝土采用湿喷技术。测量放线：测放中线、水平、所有炮眼位置；多功能台架就位钻孔爆破：多功能台架就位、全断面钻孔、装药、爆破；排烟：爆破后，利用通风机排除炮烟；出碴：用XG951C侧式装载机装碴，自卸汽车运输至弃碴场；初期支护：采用混凝土湿喷机在素喷一层混凝土封闭围岩后，局部打设锚杆；初期支护完毕，进入下一开挖循环。stator.Rotorinstalledinth
