1、试论创新高校大学生思想政治教育工作摘要高校思想政治教育是社会发展的必然产物，是教育改革中一种新型的教育方式，目前，高校大学生思想政治教育工作已经成为我国教育体制的重要内容，高校大学生思想政治教育的目标主要是依据社会的发展需求，培养社会需要在生产、建设、管理、服务领域具备的高素质、高技能的综合型人才。大学生思想政治教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分，随着素质教育的推行，以及教育体制改革步伐的推进，高校大学生思想政治教育工作如何办出特色、如何保证和提高教学质量已经成为当下人们日益关注的问题。本文以高校大学生思想政治教育工作为主线，针对目前高校大学生思想政治教育工作存在的问

7、，因此，需要我们在前人研究的基础上运用科学的方法进行深入的研究。尽管教育部已经组织对高校的办学条件、实践的教学基础的建设、高校建设开展了评估的活动，但是对于高校开展创新思想政治教育工作还没有形成系统、成熟的评估方案。本文通过对高校大学生创新性思想政治教育工作的现状和问题做了深入的系统的阐述，并结合笔者多年的教学实践经验，提出了可行性的意见和建议。希望通过本课题的研究，对健全和完善高校创新型思想政治教育工作提供一定的理论支持。1创新高校大学生思想政治教育工作的必要性1.1不断提高创新能力是高校教学的必要内容教学改革是当前教育的重要内容，而创新精神已是时代的呼唤，因此
