4、ngrationaldevelopmentandsustainableutilizationoftheseaareas.Article2ForthepurposeofthisLaw,theseaareasrefertotheseasurface,watervolume,seabedandsubsoiloftheinlandwatersandterritorialseasofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.TheinlandwatersinthisLawrefertotheseaarea

5、sextendingfromthelandwardsideoftheterritorialseasofthePeople'sRepublicofChinatothecoastline.ThisLawshallbeapplicabletoanyexclusiveactivitiesrelatingtothecontinuoususeofaspecificseaareaoverthreemonthswithintheinlandwatersorterritorialseasofthePeople'sRepubl
