3、rontierhealthandquarantineinspectionandtoprotecthumanhealth.Article2Frontierhealthandquarantineofficesshallbesetupatinternationalseaports,airportsandportsofentryatlandfrontiersandboundaryrivers(hereinafterreferredtoas"frontierports")ofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.Theseofficesshallcarryoutt

4、hequarantiningandmonitoringofinfectiousdiseases,andhealthinspectioninaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisLaw.HealthadministrationdepartmentsundertheStateCouncilshallbeinchargeoffrontierhealthandquarantineworkthroughoutthecountry.Article3InfectiousdiseasesspecifiedinthisLawshallincludequaran

5、tinableinfectiousdiseasesandinfectiousdiseasestobemonitored.Quarantinableinfectiousdiseasesshallincludeplague,cholera,yellowfeverandotherinfectiousdiseasesdeterminedandannouncedbytheStateCouncil.Infectiousdiseasestobemonitoredshallbedeterminedandannouncedbyhealthadministrationdepartments
