3、eadingintooroutofthecountry,tocarryoutfrontierhealthandquarantineinspectionandtoprotecthumanhealth.Article2Frontierhealthandquarantineofficesshallbesetupatinternationalseaports,airportsandportsofentryatlandfrontiersandboundaryrivers(hereinafterreferredtoas"f

4、rontierports")ofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.Theseofficesshallcarryoutthequarantiningandmonitoringofinfectiousdiseases,andhealthinspectioninaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisLaw.HealthadministrationdepartmentsundertheStateCouncilshallbeinchargeoffrontierhealtha

5、ndquarantineworkthroughoutthecountry.Article3InfectiousdiseasesspecifiedinthisLawshallincludequarantinableinfectiousdiseasesandinfectiousdiseasestobemonitored.Quarantinableinfectiousdiseasesshallincludeplague,cholera,yellowfeverandotherinfectiousdiseasesdete

6、rminedandannouncedbytheStateCouncil.InfectiousdiseasestobemonitoredshallbedeterminedandannouncedbyhealthadministrationdepartmentsundertheStateCouncil.Article4Persons,conveyancesandtransportequipment,aswellasarticlessuchasbaggage,goodsandpostalparcelsthatmayt

7、ransmitquarantinableinfectiousdiseases,shallundergoquarantineinspectionuponenteringorexitingthecountry.Noentryorexitshallbeallowedwithoutthepermissionofafrontierhealthandquarantineoffice.SpecificmeasuresforimplementationofthisLawshallbestipulatedindetailedre

8、gulations.Article5Ondiscoveringaquarantinableinfectiousdiseasesoradiseasesuspectedtobequarantinable,afrontierhealthandquarantineofficeshall,inadditiontotakingnecessarymeasures,immediatelynotifyt
