1、第33卷第3期非金属矿Vb1.33No.320l0年5月Non—Metal1icMinesMay,2010磷石膏固相球磨制备硫酸铵的研究许春凤邓跃全董发勤解忠雷何江洪付鹏(1西南科技大学材料学院,绵阳621010;2固体废物处理与资源化省部共建教育部重点实验室,绵阳621010)摘要采用固相球磨制备的方法,以磷石膏和碳酸氢铵为原料制备硫酸铵。通过正交试验,优化了制备x_-g条件,采用XRD分析了产物的物相组成,并探讨了反应机理。研究表明:优选的固相球磨37_艺参数为CaSO’2H2O和NH4HCO3的摩尔比0.55,球磨时间1
2、5min,球料比3:l,球磨机转速600r/rnin,此条件下,反应的平均转化率达98.02%;XRD分析表明,球磨作用下,磷石膏与碳酸氢铵能快速反应生成硫酸铵,同时部分硫酸铵还会与未反应的石膏结合生成铵石膏;球磨机械增加了活化分子总数和有效碰撞次数,使反应速率大大增加,从而使磷石膏与碳酸氢铵在常温下也能发生高效的转化反应。本法大幅降低能耗,为磷石膏的综合利用提供一条有效途径。关键词磷石膏固相球磨制备硫酸铵中图分类号:X705;TQI77.3+75文献标识码:A文章编号:1000-8098(2010)03-0062-04Stu
