5、rs.CalMaritimeExtendedLearningTransferandCancellationPolicyOurExtendedLearningDepartmentprovidestrainingresourcestoadiversegroupofstudents,manyofthemschedulingclassesseveralmonthsinadvanceand/ortravelinglongdistancestoattend.Duetothespecializednatureofourcoursesandouruniquestude

6、ntcommunity,wehaveimplementedthefollowingtransferandcancellationpolicytoensurethateverystu-dentisgivenampleopportunitytoobtainthetrainingtheydesirewhentheyregisterforourscheduledcourses.Ifyoucannotattendaclass,youmustcontactourofficeinadvancetoeithertransferorcancelyourregistrat

7、ion.TransfersTransferstoanotherscheduledclass(orfromonestudenttoanother)areacceptedatanytimebeforethestartoftheclassatnocharge.Studentsareencouragedtotransfertoafuturescheduledclassofthesamecourse.Ifthestudentcannottransfertoascheduledclassofthesamecourse,thenhe/shemaytransferto
